Terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

These terms apply to purchases of online courses and digital products from Ani Shanti, sold on anishanti.co, becomingher.online and stepintosuccess.shop. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify.

2. What you buy

All products are digital. Online courses give you personal access to a course app on phone, tablet and computer. Becoming Her includes lifetime access. Step into Success includes access to the journey or journeys you buy; the Masterclass opens after you have earned the Personal Journey certificate. Each product page describes what is included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) on the product page and in checkout, including any taxes that apply. You pay once; nothing is a subscription. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment methods.

4. Delivery and access

Access is delivered digitally straight after payment, to the email address you use at checkout. The product page explains how to open your course. Keep your login to yourself: course access is personal and may not be shared, resold or passed on.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because delivery of digital content begins immediately, your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access has been given, provided you agreed to this at checkout. The refund and withdrawal policy explains this in full, including what happens if something doesn't work.

6. Certificates

Step into Success certificates are issued when you complete the requirements described in the course, including quizzes, a final exam and, for the Masterclass, case studies. Each certificate has a unique number that can be verified online.

7. What the courses are and aren't

The courses are coaching education and guided reflection. They are not therapy, diagnosis, crisis support or medical, legal or financial advice, and they are not a licence to practise therapy. Results depend on you, and no particular outcome is promised. If you are in crisis, contact a doctor or your local emergency number.

8. Copyright

All course content, texts, images, templates and apps belong to Ani Shanti. You may use them for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, publish or sell them.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint, write to me first and I will do my best to solve it. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Danish Center for Klageløsning through naevneneshus.dk.

10. Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
