Refunds & withdrawal

This policy applies to everything sold by Ani Shanti on anishanti.co, becomingher.online and stepintosuccess.shop, including the online courses Becoming Her and Step into Success and other digital products. Payment is handled by Shopify.

Digital products and online courses

Everything sold here is digital content. Access opens straight after payment, using the email address you give at checkout.

Under Danish and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has begun, if you have agreed to immediate delivery and accepted that you lose your right of withdrawal. You are asked to agree to this at checkout. Once your course access has opened or your download has been made available, the purchase can therefore not be withdrawn.

If your access has not yet been opened or your file has not yet been delivered, you can still withdraw within 14 days of your purchase. Write to me with your order number.

If something doesn't work

If you can't get access, a file won't open, or the content isn't what was described, write to me with your order number. I will fix the problem, give you access, or refund you if it can't be fixed. Your statutory rights in case of defects are not affected by this policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid back to the payment method you used, normally within 14 days. When a refund is made, access to the course or product ends.
